Production and Editorial Manager

Job Summary

Managing the production lifecycle of educational programs, the full-time remote Production and Editorial Manager will oversee production planning, timelines, and cross-functional coordination while ensuring the quality and consistency of published materials across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage production timelines for enduring educational programs and promotional initiatives
• Serve as the final quality checkpoint for educational materials, performing proofreading and quality assurance
• Maintain and update production workflows and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce errors

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in proofreading, copyediting, or media production
• Experience as a final quality control reviewer for published materials
• Strong production management or cross-functional project management experience
• High proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Airtable
