Job Summary
To support the execution of live events, the freelance Production Assistant will manage technical and operational tasks on-site in Greece, including venue scouting, technical preparation, and show calling, while working remotely as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate venue scouting and engage with third parties for information on availability and terms
- Prepare technical materials, including proofreading scripts and translating production documents from English to Greek
- Direct live shows using QLab, managing cues and troubleshooting technical issues during performances
Required qualifications
- Native Greek and fluent English to facilitate communication with the Fever team
- Experience in theatre or live event production, particularly in stage management and show calling
- Familiarity with QLab or a willingness to learn through training provided by Fever
- Knowledge of live lighting, sound, and video systems
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage relationships with suppliers and cast members
