Production Build Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time Production Build Specialist will configure customer campaigns in proprietary software, manage support requests, and provide strategic recommendations to ensure effective communication outreach, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and update campaign workflows in the internal platform to ensure accurate messaging and outreach
• Manage a queue of support requests from internal teams, making necessary updates and documenting changes
• Provide strategic configuration recommendations based on client goals and operational constraints

Required qualifications

• Exceptional organization skills to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively
• Comfort with structured data, including reading and editing JSON or similar formats
• Willingness to learn and adapt to proprietary software and tools
• Strong attention to detail to identify and rectify discrepancies in configurations
