Production Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a high-volume global creative production workflow, two freelance Production Coordinators will manage approval workflows, ensure quality control of creative assets, and coordinate review cycles while working remotely during east coast hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage approval workflows by tracking assets awaiting review and ensuring necessary sign-offs
• Support preflight and quality control by reviewing creative assets for errors and inconsistencies
• Coordinate review cycles by organizing work batches, establishing timelines, and delivering consolidated feedback

Required qualifications

• Experience in studio operations, creative production, design production, agency traffic, or a related field
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to manage a high volume of interconnected production tasks
• Clear and concise communication skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Sound judgment for prioritizing work and escalating issues effectively
