Production Engineer
Job Summary
Providing technical support to optimize well performance, the full-time Production Engineer will focus on implementing production standards and best practices while working in a hybrid environment that includes field, remote, and office settings.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee production standards and chemical program implementation to ensure best-in-class economics
- Conduct daily reviews of well performance and develop action plans for underperforming wells
- Serve as the engineering interface with operational teams and provide training support for field personnel
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, chemical, petroleum engineering)
- 2+ years of experience in engineering, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Strong understanding of oil and gas production, well optimization, and process flow
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
