Production Manager

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day production workflow, the full-time remote Production Manager will oversee custom direct mail production, manage project bidding and client budgets, and serve as a liaison between internal teams and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and compose job orders for direct mail production based on project needs
• Interact with internal departments and suppliers for scheduling, quality control, and project monitoring
• Manage project bidding and client budgets while providing input on cost-effective solutions during kick-off meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• 5+ years or 10+ years of direct mail agency experience preferred for senior level position
• Strong organizational, project, and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office products
• Basic understanding of postal regulations regarding bulk mail and non-profit criteria
