Job Summary
To support the execution of custom video and visual content, the full-time remote Production Manager will manage projects from kickoff to delivery, coordinating with internal teams and external partners while developing expertise in production workflows and tools.
Key responsibilities
- Manage assigned video and custom web destination programs, ensuring timely delivery and quality control
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Client Success, providing clear guidance on production timelines and deliverables
- Strengthen production workflows by maintaining accurate documentation and identifying opportunities for process improvement
Required qualifications
- Experience in production, project management, creative operations, or digital media
- Clear and confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and proactively address challenges
- Familiarity with video production and design workflows is a plus
- Experience with Airtable or similar project management systems is advantageous
