Job Summary
To support production quality across messaging workflows, the part-time remote Production QC Associate will perform structured testing and quality-control activities to ensure SMS message deliverability and system health.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily System QA testing and vanity-domain testing to verify SMS deliverability and URL redirection
- Conduct throughput testing across major carriers and accurately document test outcomes in reports and internal systems
- Identify and escalate confirmed delivery issues, maintaining organized records of testing activities and findings
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable internet access suitable for remote work and adequate cell reception for testing
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and documentation tools
- Ability to follow structured procedures consistently and perform repetitive tasks accurately
