Production Service Developer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Production Service Developer I or II.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot client issues related to databases, applications, tools, and networks
- Create and execute troubleshooting queries and analyze log files to identify issues
- Provide technical documentation and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area
- 0-2 years of previous software engineering or related experience
- In-depth knowledge of multiple products and coding languages
- Experience with troubleshooting tools such as Splunk and BMC Appsight
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a government security clearance
