Production Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely or in a hybrid capacity, the full-time Production Specialist will coordinate the sourcing, ordering, and delivery of personalized swag for global clients, ensuring product quality and timely fulfillment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end process of sourcing swag, including generating personalized products and overseeing delivery to clients
- Support the Project Lead in building client proposals and providing regular updates on order processes
- Coordinate orders with multiple vendors, ensuring accuracy in pricing, shipping, and decoration information
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the branded merchandise industry
- Proficiency in using promotional product software such as CommonSKU or Hoops
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer, or similar vector artwork software
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, or other sales CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of design principles and experience in creating personalized or printed goods
