Production Specialist
Job Summary
Processing electronic evidence for production to clients and legal entities, the full-time Production Specialist will work remotely from Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM PST, ensuring quality and compliance in data processing and document conversion.
Key responsibilities
- Identify records for production and prepare documents using advanced queries
- Ensure adherence to company standards and client specifications for document imaging and deliverables
- Perform quality checks on processed data at multiple stages to ensure accuracy and compliance
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an Electronic Discovery environment
- Familiarity with Relativity, iPro eCapture, and other litigation support applications
- Ability to independently write SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
