Production Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting audio production efforts, the part-time Production Specialist will coordinate administrative activities, assist in creating radio advertisements, and execute general department duties, all in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of radio advertising by providing project support to department managers or staff
• Execute general administrative duties including voicing and producing radio advertisements
• Prepare and report on research and data analysis projects, interacting with personnel at all organizational levels

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in radio production, broadcast, and/or communications
• Proficient in voice work and audio production tools, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Audition
• 4-year college degree in Radio, Media Production, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong editorial skills and experience with radio automation systems
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and manage time effectively under tight deadlines
