Production Specialist

Job Summary

Guiding sellers through the auction process, the full-time remote Production Specialist will prepare auction listings, coordinate with sellers and internal teams, and provide exceptional customer support while managing a high-volume pipeline of listings.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare auction listings by organizing seller-submitted data and photos according to established standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers during the pre-auction phase, ensuring timely and professional communication
• Manage and prioritize a high-volume pipeline of listings to meet daily production goals

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, content production, technical writing, automotive services, or a related field
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to present detailed information clearly
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in or knowledge of collector cars and automotive culture; hands-on automotive experience is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and build trust with stakeholders
