Production Support Engineer
Job Summary
To support a high-performance software development team, the remote Jr. Production Support Engineer will manage systems operations, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a contract role.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expertise and assistance for critical production issues and maintenance
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production issues as the first line of defense
- Collaborate with support, development, and business teams to address customer issues efficiently
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university, or High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 3 years of software development experience
- Experience developing applications using Microsoft .NET framework and C#
- Experience working with Angular across various web platforms
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- 1+ years' experience supporting commercial applications in a Microsoft environment (preferred)
