Production Support Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a remote Production Support Engineer, the contract position will manage systems operations, maintenance, and application support for a healthcare software platform while troubleshooting and resolving issues in cloud-based environments using Microsoft and web technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expertise and tools to operations, development, and support teams for critical production issues and maintenance
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production issues, serving as the first line of defense in identifying root causes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with support, development, and business teams to efficiently address customer issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university, or High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 3 years of software development experience
- Experience developing applications using Microsoft .NET framework and C#
- Experience working with Angular across various web platforms
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- 1+ years' experience supporting commercial applications in a Microsoft environment (preferred)
