Job Summary
To enhance operational excellence in critical business applications, the full-time hybrid Production Support Lead will manage end-to-end production support operations, drive incident reduction initiatives, and oversee high-priority incident management while collaborating with engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead production support operations to ensure application stability and performance
- Drive initiatives for incident reduction through root cause analysis and collaboration with engineering teams
- Manage high-priority incidents and provide timely stakeholder communications and updates
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Production Support, Application Support, IT Operations, or related roles
- Strong hands-on experience with ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management; ITIL certification preferred
- Proficiency with MS SQL Server and MariaDB for diagnostics and technical resolutions
- Experience managing high-volume incident environments and cross-functional escalations
