Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Professional Business Analyst will analyze, plan, and document business processes to enhance clients' technological capabilities while serving as a liaison between clients and technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and document business processes to support clients' technological goals
- Act as a bridge between clients, project managers, and technical personnel to define and communicate business requirements
- Create and analyze test scenarios to ensure client requirements are integrated into system design
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in translating technical goals into actionable plans for clients
- Knowledge of basic computer programming concepts including configuration and batch processing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other quantitative analysis software
- Strong analytical skills with experience in business process re-engineering
- Ability to effectively communicate technical ideas to diverse audiences
