Professional Development Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Development Coach (Contract Contingent) to support strategic initiatives at the Department of Health and Human Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver eight one-on-one coaching sessions to assist employees with professional growth and performance improvement
• Facilitate organizational changes and support recently promoted executives or managers in adapting to their roles
• Design and maintain core career development training curriculum and conduct needs assessments

Required Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen and Clearable
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
• Eight years of related professional work experience
• Knowledge of human and organizational behaviors, leadership development, and change management
• Valid ICF Credential Coach certification is a plus but not mandatory
