Job Summary

Managing a high-turnover portfolio of self-serve deployments, the remote Professional Services Consultant will drive fast time-to-value for customers, ensuring activation and troubleshooting while guiding them to fully utilize purchased products.

Key responsibilities

• Own a large portfolio of self-serve deployments, consistently meeting a 12-day time-to-value target
• Manage deployment processes asynchronously through structured communication and self-service resources
• Triage deployment health daily, prioritizing accounts needing immediate attention and troubleshooting common blockers

Required qualifications

• 2+ years in technical support or Professional Services consulting for enterprise-grade, cybersecurity-related SaaS platforms
• Experience deploying and managing SaaS products across cloud platforms like Azure and Google Cloud
• Strong understanding of networking basics, security protocols, and email security concepts
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet fast deadlines
• Technical analysis skills to diagnose and resolve complex deployment issues quickly
