Professional Services Engineer
Job Summary
To support customer implementations, the full-time remote Professional Services Engineer will assist with deploying and integrating RedSeal for enterprise and federal clients, while developing technical skills and engaging with customer teams to ensure effective platform operation.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with RedSeal deployments and configuration for clients, taking ownership of specific tasks within the implementation plan
- Help deliver training sessions and document workflows to ensure repeatable support across engagements
- Learn to develop automation scripts and troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and onboarding
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in network/security engineering, IT support, or a related technical role
- Foundational knowledge of networking concepts, including routing/switching, firewalls, and IPv4/IPv6
- Basic familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and an interest in SIEM tools
- Willingness to learn automation fundamentals, including Python and JSON/YAML
- Clear communication skills with the ability to present to customers alongside senior engineers
