Professional Services Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Professional Services Engineer in the EST time zone, this role focuses on the setup, integration, and deployment of BigID's discovery tools, requiring direct partnership with clients to translate technical requirements into effective solutions while troubleshooting deployment issues.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with client stakeholders to understand technical requirements and align them with business objectives
• Plan and lead implementation engagements, configuring the product to meet specific client environments
• Collaborate with internal teams and client organizations to ensure successful integration and rollout of solutions

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in product implementation or deployment in enterprise environments
• Solid troubleshooting knowledge across Compute, Storage, Networking, Databases, and Security
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes deployments
• Working knowledge of databases such as MongoDB, Microsoft SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
• Experience with a major cloud platform like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
