Professional Services Manager

Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Professional Services Manager will ensure the success of implementations by managing contracts, developing best practices, and mentoring staff while focusing on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team overseeing multiple VMS tools, ensuring on-time and on-budget project delivery
• Document and implement best practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while fostering a learning culture
• Provide performance feedback and support career development for team members, while managing change initiatives

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT, database management, or systems administration, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
• Extensive experience with VMS platforms in the MSP industry and deep expertise in implementation methodologies
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in tools such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, JIRA, and Microsoft Office Suite
