Professional Services Operations Lead

Job Summary

Owning the intake and workflow governance processes, the full-time remote Professional Services Operations Lead will manage incoming requests, ensure proper routing to teams, and maintain visibility across the Professional Services delivery pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Professional Services intake process, categorizing incoming requests and flagging any issues before they enter the delivery queue
• Route accepted requests to the appropriate teams and review deal documentation to resolve gaps before work enters the pipeline
• Build and improve operational workflows and maintain compliance with company policies, including HIPAA regulations

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS Professional Services or implementation operations
• Experience with intake, triage, or workflow governance in a delivery context
• Working knowledge of project-based billing and contract entitlements
• Ability to quickly learn the company's product lines and identify process gaps independently
• Clear communicator with experience in scaling organizations
