Professional Services Operations Manager
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Professional Services Operations Manager, this full-time remote position will manage operational functions, optimize resource planning, and oversee systems administration to enhance the efficiency of the global Professional Services organization.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Cloud Coach and related systems for project planning, resource scheduling, and operational reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into resource utilization and project performance
- Lead resource management processes, ensuring alignment with project requirements and capacity planning
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Professional Services Operations or related fields, preferably within a SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) platforms or similar enterprise applications
- Proven ability in resource planning, utilization, and capacity forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting and analysis tools, including Excel
- Experience leading and developing team members in a dynamic environment
