Professional Services Operations Manager

Job Summary

To lead and optimize the operational functions supporting a global Professional Services organization, the full-time Professional Services Operations Manager will drive operational excellence, resource optimization, and process standardization while administering the Professional Services Automation platform and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and administer the Professional Services Automation platform, optimizing configurations, workflows, and resource management settings
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into resource utilization, project backlog, and operational performance
• Lead and coach the PS Operations Specialists, ensuring effective resource planning and alignment with project requirements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services Operations, Resource Management, or Business Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience with Professional Services Automation platforms or similar enterprise business applications
• Proven experience in resource planning, utilization, and capacity forecasting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and provide actionable recommendations
• Experience in leading or coaching team members and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
