Job Summary
To enhance the communication and professionalism skills of developers, the full-time Professionalism Lead will provide one-on-one mentoring, design and deliver training courses, and conduct assessments while based in Toamasina, Madagascar.
Key responsibilities
- Mentor developers through one-on-one sessions to improve their communication and professionalism
- Observe and assess developers' interactions with managers and colleagues to identify improvement areas
- Design and deliver short courses on communication and professionalism for developers and potentially wider team members
Required qualifications
- Commitment to a minimum of twelve months, with potential for renewal or extension
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience in professional environments
