Job Summary
Driving business profitability, the full-time Profitability Manager will manage pricing execution, contract escalation, and margin recovery initiatives while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct portfolio reviews to identify and improve profitability for margin-challenged accounts
- Monitor cost trends and execute price pass-through updates to enforce contract escalation terms
- Maintain analytical models and dashboards to track price realization and margin expansion progress
Required Qualifications:
- HS diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pricing management, commercial operations, or business analysis
- Proven understanding of manufacturing/packaging cost drivers and experience in a sales environment
