Program Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the myBuy/Coupa program, the full-time remote Program Analyst will prepare, evaluate, and present research results while providing analytical and operational support to cross-functional teams, including Finance and Procurement.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and distribute routine PMO reports, including status updates and Gantt charts
- Collaborate with various departments to assist with project implementation and process improvements
- Support purchase order and invoice-related processes, including adjustments, reporting, and data quality reviews
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
- Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems
