Program Analyst
Job Summary
Running program operations for the NIH Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) Support Services task order, the remote eligible Program Analyst will maintain schedules, quality records, and reporting for a deliverable-driven program while providing occasional on-site support in Bethesda, MD.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain IMS updates, action items, risk and issue logs, and meeting minutes
- Prepare the Monthly Status Report, including performance metrics and GFE inventory
- Manage the OCIO ZTA Wiki and run the ZTA help desk queue in ServiceNow
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years of program or business analysis experience, preferably on federal contracts
- Experience producing monthly status reports and maintaining schedules and risk logs
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Ability to obtain an NIH suitability determination and PIV credential; fluent in English
