Program Analyst
Job Summary
Driving the execution and tracking of financial grant and advance programs, the fully remote Program Analyst will manage payment cycles, validate eligibility, and develop scalable SOPs to ensure audit-ready operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the rollout and execution of financial offerings, creating repeatable and auditable workflows
- Triage capital requests and prepare summaries for steering committee and legal review based on financial evaluations
- Draft version-controlled SOPs and build dashboards for leadership visibility into payment volumes and timelines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive program or project management experience
- Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables
- Experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, is highly preferred
