Job Summary
To support the Program Impact team, the full-time remote Program Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to enhance decision-making across Family and Youth Peer Support Services, while collaborating with stakeholders and developing reporting systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data analysis plans to monitor program performance and impact
- Create reports and dashboards to communicate program outcomes and trends to stakeholders
- Coordinate data collection and reporting activities, ensuring data integrity and quality assurance
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Public Health, Information Systems, Social Sciences, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or program evaluation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools such as SQL, R, or Python
- Experience working with sensitive data and supporting performance measurement activities
- Bilingual and bicultural candidates are encouraged to apply
