Job Summary
Supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) from a fully remote environment, the Program Analyst will focus on fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA) case development, prepare analytical reports, and maintain case tracking documentation.
Key responsibilities:
- Support FWA case documentation, evidence organization, and referral package preparation under Federal investigator direction
- Prepare weekly analytical reports, decision-ready case packages, and leadership briefings with supporting facts and recommendations
- Develop SOPs, workflow documentation, and governance reports while maintaining oversight documentation and status reporting tools
Required qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in federal healthcare program integrity, fraud risk management, or compliance
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong analytical, research, and report-writing experience supporting federal clients
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and reporting tools
- Ability to manage sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA and privacy requirements
