Program Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting federal healthcare program integrity initiatives, the remote Program Analyst will conduct fraud investigations, risk assessments, and quality reviews while developing reports and documentation for leadership stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support fraud case development by researching leads, organizing evidence, and preparing referral packages
• Conduct fraud risk assessments and internal control reviews while assisting with corrective action planning
• Develop reports, dashboards, and governance materials for leadership stakeholders and maintain tracking systems for program performance metrics

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in federal healthcare program integrity, fraud, waste and abuse (FWA), compliance, or related analytical initiatives
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and reporting/documentation tools
• Strong analytical and research skills with experience in developing executive-level reports
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Active Public Trust Clearance required; ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation (MBI)
