Program Analyst - Federal Grants
Job Summary
Supporting the evaluation and analysis of federally funded programs, the part-time remote Program Analyst - Federal Grants will conduct programmatic analysis, monitor grantee performance, and assist in developing policies and evaluation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct programmatic analysis of federal grants, evaluating implementation, outcomes, and compliance across state, tribal, and nonprofit organizations
- Monitor grantee performance against objectives and funding requirements using data, reports, and stakeholder input
- Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- A degree in a social science field or business/public administration with relevant coursework in public policy or financial analysis
- Demonstrated experience in programmatic analysis and monitoring of federal grants administered by states, tribes, or nonprofit organizations
- Completion of relevant coursework or significant experience in program management or programmatic analysis
