Program Analyst III
Job Summary
Supporting the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) remotely, the full-time salaried Program Analyst III will identify, develop, and improve processes to enhance organizational efficiency and decision-making while collaborating with stakeholders and providing training on process changes.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize new opportunities for process improvement and governance updates
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current processes and design future-state solutions
- Train staff on new processes and monitor the implementation of changes to foster continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with CDC, federal, or related public health entities, or a bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a CDC Public Trust clearance
- Demonstrated experience in process analysis, improvement, and redesign
- Experience in developing training materials and job aids for process adoption
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
