Program Analyst with Public Trust
Job Summary
Supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs remotely, the full-time Program Analyst with Public Trust will manage fraud, waste, and abuse case development, prepare analytical reports, and maintain oversight documentation for the Veterans Health Administration's Office of Integrity and Compliance.
Key responsibilities:
- Support FWA lead development, case documentation, and referral package preparation under Federal investigator direction
- Prepare weekly analytical reports and decision-ready case packages with supporting facts and recommendations
- Develop SOPs, workflow documentation, dashboards, and governance reports to enhance operational support
Required qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in federal healthcare program integrity, fraud risk management, or compliance
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong analytical and report-writing experience supporting federal clients
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Experience creating SOPs and executive-level documentation
