Job Summary
Supporting the DDVA VHA program in establishing a high-visibility Fraud Rapid Response Center, the full-time Program Analyst with Public Trust Clearance will provide analytical, documentation, and operational support for healthcare fraud initiatives in a 100% remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist federal investigators in developing fraud leads and cases, organizing documentation, and preparing referral packages
- Prepare weekly analytic reports and decision-ready case packages with relevant facts and recommendations
- Maintain tracking registers for overpayments, recoveries, and program oversight while supporting fraud risk assessments and quality audits
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in federal healthcare program integrity or fraud initiatives
- Active Public Trust Clearance
- Experience with fraud risk assessments, internal controls, and compliance reviews
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Ability to manage competing priorities and handle sensitive information in accordance with HIPAA and VA privacy requirements
