Job Summary
To support the DDVA VHA program in establishing a Fraud Rapid Response Center, the full-time remote Program Analyst with Public Trust Clearance will provide analytical, documentation, and operational support for fraud case development, risk assessments, and program integrity initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Support federal investigators in developing fraud leads and organizing supporting documentation
- Prepare analytic runs and decision-ready case packages, documenting relevant facts and recommendations
- Maintain tracking registers for overpayments, recoveries, and case status while supporting risk assessments and quality audits
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in federal healthcare program integrity or fraud initiatives
- Active Public Trust Clearance
- Experience with fraud risk assessments and internal controls
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Ability to handle PHI and sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA and VA privacy requirements
