Program Analyst with Public Trust Clearance

Job Summary

To support the DDVA VHA program in establishing a high-visibility Fraud Rapid Response Center, the remote Program Analyst with Public Trust Clearance will provide analytical and operational support for fraud case development, risk assessments, and program integrity initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Support federal investigators in developing fraud leads and assembling documentation for case referrals
• Prepare analytic reports and decision-ready case packages, including recommendations and supporting evidence
• Maintain tracking registers for overpayments and case statuses while developing training materials for long-term operations sustainability

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in federal healthcare program integrity or fraud initiatives
• Active Public Trust Clearance
• Experience with fraud risk assessments, internal controls, and quality audits
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Ability to handle protected health information in accordance with HIPAA and VA privacy requirements
