Program Analytics & Reporting Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the VA ESOM contract, the full-time remote Program Analytics & Reporting Analyst will analyze program-level data, conduct cross-team analytics, and ensure quality oversight across the Problem Management program.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze Problem, RCA, incident, KEDB, and performance data to identify trends and emerging risks across the program
- Conduct cross-PRT analysis to identify shared risks and connections not visible within individual investigations
- Track and report client-established KPIs, recommending improvements based on observed program needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or a related technical discipline, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 5 years of relevant experience in program analytics or reporting
- Experience with databases, structured data repositories, or knowledge-management systems
- Familiarity with ITSM, Problem Management, Incident Management, or similar operational environments
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance as a US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident
