Program Analytics & Reporting Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the VA ESOM contract, the full-time remote Program Analytics & Reporting Analyst will analyze program-level data, conduct cross-program analyses, and provide quality oversight while serving as the Team Lead for the Problem Management team.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze Problem, RCA, incident, KEDB, and performance data to identify trends and emerging risks
- Conduct cross-PRT analysis to uncover shared risks and recurring failure patterns
- Track and report on client-established KPIs and recommend improvements based on program needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or a related technical discipline, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis or related fields
- Experience with databases, structured data repositories, or knowledge-management systems
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and effectively communicate across multiple organizational levels
- Willingness to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance
