Program Associate - Compliance

Job Summary

To support a high-volume compliance program for a global enterprise software publisher, the full-time remote Program Associate - Compliance will manage a portfolio of compliance engagements, conducting outreach, onboarding licensees to an audit platform, and ensuring timely completion of reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive compliance engagements from initial outreach through closure, meeting defined cycle-time and service level targets
• Conduct daily outreach and structured follow-up with licensee contacts, maintaining professional contact cadences and escalating issues as necessary
• Onboard licensees onto the audit platform and serve as the primary point of contact for their questions and concerns

Required qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will be considered
• 2+ years in software license compliance, contract or audit compliance support, customer success, or a comparable high-volume client-facing role
• Exposure to software licensing concepts and contract terms, with the ability to learn quickly
• Demonstrated experience managing a high volume of concurrent accounts or cases
• Fluency with CRM, ticketing, or case management platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
