Program Associate for Youth Engagement

Job Summary

Supporting various youth engagement initiatives, the full-time remote Program Associate for Youth Engagement will provide programmatic, administrative, and communications support while fostering relationships with young people and partners across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate programming logistics, including scheduling, participant communications, and document tracking
• Maintain accurate program records and data systems, ensuring timely reporting and evaluation support
• Assist with learning activities and communications, promoting youth civic engagement and collaboration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Approximately 1-3 years of relevant experience in program support, youth initiatives, or nonprofit projects
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in social media platforms and MS Office Suite; knowledge of Airtable is a plus
• Understanding of the experiences and communication preferences of young people (Gen Z and Gen Alpha)
