Job Summary
Supporting the Youth Leadership Team, the full-time remote Program Associate, Higher Education will manage the implementation of the Mental Health Advocacy Institute, coordinate participant engagement, and facilitate student-led initiatives focused on mental health advocacy.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Mental Health Advocacy Institute, including participant onboarding and program logistics
- Facilitate virtual sessions and provide coaching to college students on mental health advocacy action plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance program delivery and participant experiences
Required qualifications
- At least one year of relevant experience in higher education programs or student leadership initiatives
- Experience engaging with college students and collaborating with campus staff or community partners
- Proficiency in Google products and project management platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Commitment to equity and inclusion in student programming and engagement
