Program Associate, Public Funding

Job Summary

Supporting the implementation of the One Conservancy Public Fundraising Strategy, the full-time remote Program Associate, Public Funding will coordinate internal initiatives, manage project tools, and serve as a liaison with external partners while providing operational support to the Public Funding Center.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Senior Strategy Advisor to maintain project tools and reporting structures
• Provide logistical support for meetings, including agenda development and follow-up actions
• Assist with budget monitoring and processing financial requests for the Public Funding Center

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years related work experience or equivalent combination
• Experience with Excel-based budgets and CRM software
• Experience researching and compiling information from diverse sources
• Experience engaging with non-government organizations and government agencies
• Experience presenting to and communicating with internal and external audiences
