Program Compliance Manager

Job Summary

As a remote Program Compliance Manager, the successful candidate will manage compliance processes for a portfolio of accounts, serve as the primary point of contact for compliance inquiries, and ensure adherence to promotional requirements using advanced compliance technology.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary compliance point of contact for strategic partnerships, clients, and agencies
• Lead the compliance workstream for key strategic partnerships, focusing on the successful migration and launch of major brands
• Monitor and manage compliance processes for assigned accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of compliance cases

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of customer service and support in a software application product environment
• 2+ years of project management experience
• 1+ years of compliance investigations, particularly in the performance marketing space
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field
• Extremely detail-oriented with professional communication skills
