Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Management Teams to develop and analyze project budgets and forecasts
- Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Monitor project expenditures for accuracy and report financial performance, identifying deviations from budget or forecasts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
- At least 8 years of experience in a Project/Program Control role for a government contractor
- Experience managing Program Control teams
- Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint
- Strong MS Excel skills required
