Program Controls Lead

Job Summary

Leading integrated cost controls and scheduling efforts, the full-time remote Program Controls Lead will oversee governance frameworks, enhance program predictability, and support financial stewardship objectives across a diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Own program-wide controls governance across estimating, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting
• Lead the Cost Controls and Scheduling teams to improve cost and schedule predictability through analytics and benchmarking
• Provide leadership oversight for program-level forecasting and analytics, supporting long-range planning and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in construction cost controls, estimating, scheduling, or program controls leadership
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary controls or program management teams
• Strong understanding of integrated cost and schedule controls methodologies
• Experience with capital planning, forecasting, or enterprise program controls environments preferred
