Program Coordinator, HIPAA Compliance

Job Summary

To support privacy operations in a full-time remote capacity, the Program Coordinator, Data Protection will manage cybersecurity and privacy incident workflows, implement HIPAA programs for newly acquired businesses, and create scalable processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate privacy and cybersecurity incident workflows, ensuring timely tracking and completion of documentation
• Support the implementation and ongoing operation of HIPAA programs for newly acquired businesses
• Build and maintain project plans and dashboards to provide visibility into privacy operations and progress

Required qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Experience using AI tools to organize information and improve workflows
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn about privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance concepts
• Proficiency with collaboration, reporting, and productivity tools
