Program Development Associate

Job Summary

To support the growth of educational programming, the full-time Higher Ed Program Development Associate will focus on generating new business opportunities and developing partnerships with education abroad offices, utilizing sales techniques and project management skills in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities and exceed annual sales targets
• Establish and maintain relationships with education abroad professionals to understand their program needs
• Guide partners through the program development process using project management expertise

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inside sales and recruitment, preferably in higher education
• Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and CRM platforms
• Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and passion for learning
• Ability to manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of exceeding targets
